There is always a club run on the Sunday following the monthly meeting. You must show your TRF membership card at the start of the run, potential members may come on one run before joining. The runs always start at 9:30 a.m., so you must aim to get to the start for 9:00 a.m.

1. Take a digital photo and store on your PC or laptop.  If you haven't got a digital camera you can scan the photo. Photos from digital cameras are usually .jpg format
2. Find a free image storage website. I used putpics.com but there are many more just make sure that the one you use does NOT have password protection
3. Follow the instructions to save the photo into putpics. Fairly easy as even I can do it.  You will then see that there is the web address of your folder in Putpics that contains your photo.  Copy this by e.g. (highlighting it & press ctrl + C) or (highlighting it & right click & select cut)
4. Go to emtrf forum & open a "new topic" . Write any text, then paste in the web address URL  (press ctrl +V) or (right click & select paste)

Click on the Register link in the Forum, all you need to fill in are the details in the top section, 'Registration Information', you will then receive an email asking you to verify your TRF membership details before you will be able to post or view all the Forums. If your email has not arrived then go to this page

Click on the View posts since last visit at the top of the Forum page

It is 'An online community where visitors may read and post topics of common interest'. Using a Forum is rather like sticking notes on your fridge door so anyone can read them and they can stick notes on the fridge door to reply to you. For example if you fancy going to Spain with a trail riding company you could ask at the meeting if anyone has already done this or you could ask on the Forum, you will probably find someone that has already done it.

You should have received an Email telling you to validate your TRF membership details, alternatively go to this page and fill in those details 

Go to the main TRF website and download a membership form, if you mention on the form that you joined via the East Midlands Group we will recive £5.00 for our club funds, and you will make our Treasurer very happy.
